Safeguarding Information

Safeguarding is the cornerstone of our school community. We are deeply committed to providing a secure, nurturing environment where every child feels safe, respected, and supported. Our Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) is Mr Daniel Lord, and our Deputy DSL is Mrs Rachel Shaw. Together, they work closely with staff, governors, and external agencies to uphold the highest standards of care and protection.

As proud participants in Operation Encompass, we receive timely information from police about domestic abuse incidents, allowing us to offer sensitive and informed support to affected children from the very start of the school day. All safeguarding information is handled with the utmost confidentiality and care.

Our policies—including Child-on-Child Abuse and Online Safety—are regularly reviewed and available for families to explore. Together, we foster a culture where wellbeing and safety come first.
