Welcome

Our school welcomes children from every religious and cultural background and we aim to provide every child with the opportunity to develop their own spirituality and understanding of other faiths.
We are a church school and therefore Christian values are paramount, and are taught alongside those of care and respect. These values are emphasised using graphics spread across the whole school and are visible from the moment you enter our front door.
Importantly, our worship is of the highest standard and always includes all our school family.

You're Invited: Parent Workshops with Barnardo’s – Practical Support for All Families
1/10/2025 11:44 AM

We're excited to invite you to join us in school for two up-coming workshops. These are designed to support families with practical strategies around parenting and child development.

PINS stands for Partnership for Inclusion of Neurodiversity in Schools. While the programme is tailored to support neurodiverse children, the techniques and insights shared are valuable for all families, and we would therefore like to invite all parents to attend.

Workshop 1: Boundaries and Routines - Friday 10th October 9:00am-10:15am
Explore how consistent routines and clear boundaries can support children’s emotional wellbeing and behaviour.

Workshop 2: Behaviour - Friday 17th October 9:00am-10:15am.
Learn practical approaches to understanding and managing behaviour in a positive and supportive way.

There'll be free tea and coffee available so we look forward to seeing you there!

Introducing Reverend Rob Savage

We’re pleased to welcome Reverend Rob Savage as a regular visitor to our school. Following his recent inauguration as Team Rector of Almondbury with Farnley Tyas Churches, Reverend Rob will be joining us to lead collective worship and support our school community.
His visits will offer pupils the opportunity to reflect, explore values, and engage with themes that connect faith and everyday life. We look forward to working with him and building a strong link between school and parish.
