In what climate zone is England located?
In what hemisphere is England?

Think about the challenges this would create.
Would it be positive or negative?
How would we know how far away something was?
Who decided how long a mile was?
What would happen to maps?
Choose a part of your garden where you will be allowed to make a mini fairy garden, toy town or minibeast city. Can you draw a map of what you have made?
When outside this week (at a safe distance from others) join our photo challenge. The theme this week is:

Make your own game to teach others about maps. You could make a map symbol matching or snap game.
More fascinating information to discover!
How well did you do this week?
What new things did you learn?
Which activity was your favourite?
